Do you provide photo booth set up?

Yes, we supply, set up and man the area for your chosen times. Set up and take down time will not be included in your time window. We will need to be at the venue 1 hour before the selected time, just to make sure everything is running smoothly for the best experience.

What if I am not satisfied with #TheSocialHire?

We would like to see ourself as a forward thinking company and customer service is highly important to us because without you guys, we wouldn't be able to do what we love. We understand that there can be little hiccups along the way. If you have any issues, please get in contact. Head over to our "Contact Us" page and in the subject bar, type in "Customer Complaint" along with whats happened and someone will be in contact with you.

How far do you travel?

We travel up to 40 miles each way which is included in your package. Anything over this is an additional cost per mile. If you would like a quote regarding travel, then please head over to our "Contact Us" page and make sure you put in the subject bar "Travel Quote" along with the details of the location of the venue and someone will be in contact with you regarding your quote. If this is outside the area we are covering, this is where we are looking for others to potentially franchise, or, we will also send over some recommendations of 360 Boots nearer to you!

Do you have a customer referral program or franchising?

Yes, yes, yes.. We do offer a referral programme or even discount codes when using and recommending us. As for franchising, we do also offer this. Head over to the "Contact Us" page and in the subject bar type in "Franchise Options". One of the team will be in contact regarding the different options we have to offer.
